I promised my Dad I would pop round his house and upgrade the firmware on his router so he can acheive a full 20Mbps which he assures me he requires to download his emails!

Whilst I was there I was looking out for somthing to blip - nothing stood out so I decided to come home with one of his lenses instead. Lucky for me my dad has been into photography since before I was born and has always stood by Nikon. The lens I borrowed was a Micro-Nikor 105 along with a an extension tube - It may be 40+ years old but it still fits my D200 and gives super results.

Getting the focusing and dof right is a little bit of an art and I didn't have much time tonight. You can expect to see a lot more macro shot over the coming weeks!
