Neighbours to the rear of our place have chopped down a tree. Despite their being protected by local preservation orders, they've done it before. This time, though, I am pretty sure it had blackbirds nesting in it. No surprise, it being mid-fucking-May.

As if the poor sods haven't enough on their plate fending off the magpies and crows, they have to contend with arrogant hipster property-developer fucks and a society that only talks in terms of property and ownership.
