Blood letting

Today I did my civic duty and gave blood. The centre near Oxford Circus is lovely and they were showing Come Dine With Me while you wait to have your blood drained out of you so what more can you ask for? I usually give the red stuff at a crappy portakabin in Sainsbury's car park, but this new place I went to lets you donate in style. I shall return.
