From a Different Perspective...

Yes, I did indeed clamber through the soggy, spongy woods and wander about until I could find a May Apple plant to photograph. And yes, I did indeed lower my body down onto said soggy,spongy woods to end up *under* this May Apple. Was it worth it? I think so. I had taken a photo from this perspective a long time ago and remembered just how cool it is! Thus, it is possible to make a good image even in the wet weather! The only thing that might have made this even better is the modest white flower that will appear later...
