Somebody I know wanted to pull faces for the camera and with a just a flying visit, there was no time to argue!

I forgot to take a photo yesterday. I think I was traumatised after going 'woggling' - a cross between jogging, walking and wobbling. I will get fit this summer and I'll definitely get fit before December as I'm about to book a trip to Thailand for just after Christmas (thank you council tax rebate!)
