A sad day for Alice

Coming home from nursery with Alice we saw a dead seal washed up on the beach.

She seemed quite understanding about he whole thing only for us to be greeted by the lifeless form of her pet guinea pig Archie. He was fine about 10 this morning when I fed him, must have just decided it was time to go.

"That's very sad" was all she would say, so after burying him in the garden I quickly rushed down to the beach to blip this before returning to my duties of comforting Alice.
