Tulip From Amsterdam

After a miserable game of golf, no doubt due partly to the drizzle and partly from being shattered from the previous days marathon game in high winds and constant drizzle,this was my only blip. It is the first of the bulbs, which Grandmama and I brought back from Amsterdam, to flower. Many more to come I hope. They were treated so that they would flower within weeks of being planted.
