Aaaargh!!

Yesterday the modem died, hence the backblip.
Bought a new one and thought I'd have no trouble installing it. Just follow the easy steps. What a joke!
This mess was taken just before I surrendered and phoned Roy.

Actually, he took quite a while, so I didn't feel like such a total moron.
