Life Extender

After reading that we are all dying from sitting too much, I decided to stand at my computer at work. First, I put my computer on a box of files. Then Robert made a "mock-up" of a stand to place on my desk to raise the computer to standing height. Now, he has created a real piece of furniture that will be my standing desk, placed on top of my sitting desk. Several weeks into this, my legs are almost used to standing much of the day and it sure cuts down on pointless roaming of the internet.
