The Best Cookies.... Ever!

Slow and cultured day hanging out at Southbank Centre and Museum of London. In particular there was an exhibition about the Festival of Britain in 1951 and it was hilarious to see a bunch of envelopes tied up that looked exactly like our wedding invitations! Go us!

We have finally called to book the appointment to give notice of our intention to marry. It's this Thursday afternoon and we'd need to bring our passports and something for proof-of-address. Since switching to the 'green' option for everything, nothing gets sent in the post. Surprise! The banks won't and can't print out a statement with my address on it. I'll have to figure out something tomorrow.

Ben's Cookies are most definitely the yummiest things I've ever had in my life. Chocolate still melting in the middle, warm, soft but still crunchy. Totally worth every penny and calorie!
