Downward facing dog pose...

I have a fantastic yoga app on my phone. The american lady doing the voice over is suitably calm and wishy-washy... except when it comes to voicing "downward facing dog pose".
Being a simple sort of chap this still makes me laugh, and our dog assumes the position on a regular basis, giving me the chance to practise my american accent and deliver said pose in aforementioned accent.
Ahh simple pleasures...

Didn't make it to MMA tonight (the Mrs will be pleased), will try again tomoz...
