D is for Dilemma
I'm torn between spending a small fortune on a Macbook Pro, or going for a top of the range laptop which ends up about £1000 cheaper by the time i factor everything in.
Macbook looks good and would do everything i need, but then it's definitely overpriced, and i resent having to pay £120 extra for something that used to come as standard - antiglare or Matt finish on the screen!
Laptop would again do everything and is what I'm used to, but I'm fed up having to constantly patch patch patch all the ******* holes in Windows, and whilst i use Linux for some things that wouldn't let me run every app i want.
And if i were to go for a laptop do i opt for another HP Elitebook, go back to a Lenovo Thinkpad, opt for a Sony Vaio, decide on a Dell or settle on a Samsung.
(I've already decided whatever i opt for needs to be Quad-core Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM, 15" screen)
Argh....some things just aren't black and white.
