Spryte

This is Spryte. His presence in the stroller yesterday spurred questions. So here he is still in need of some sprucing up:0) Soon , hopefully... He is a Chinese Crested Powder Puff. Chinese Crested Dogs are those unique dogs that have long hair on their paws, tail and top of their head, but short hair everywhere else. Most likely one you could relate to would be the little dog Cruella De'ville had in the Dalmatian movies with Glenn Close.

As we understand it, in each litter there is mix of hairless and powder puffs(with hair). His parents were both hairless, but as you can see he is quite hairy.

Ella loves this poor dog! She is always dreaming up games for the two of them. Most of the time Spryte goes along nicely ,but sometimes he has quite enough of it and so I tell her he is in need of a nap.

Hopefully he will soon look like his poodle companions...
