Old and new, New Brighton

The new development (supermarket, Travelodge etc) seen through the windows of the old shelter on New Brighton promenade.

I was here for a conference in the Floral Pavillion today. It's a very good venue, but some of the other redevelopment seems a bit unsympathetic to me.
