Rain & clouds at last

I received a text message at 7.00 this morning saying "Look at the light". It was an overcast day, it was raining, and the light was quite yellow. It transpired the early sun was being filtered through bushfire smoke, giving an eery glow. I was wedged in bed by two cats who were poaching my heat and in any event the three of us were hungry. So, all fed, I went to the fishing boat harbour (a favourite haunt if you hadn't already noticed) to picture the post rain clouds and some of the fleet in near still water. The light was still a touch yellow.
