To love and to be loved

I am very lucky to live with a bunch of boys who know exactly what a girl really needs for her birthday and who can manage to pull a surprise out of the bag (predictably, they did have a fight about who was going to open the door to the surprise though). They are brilliant.

In fact, overall, I am related to (by blood, marriage & sinful living) a lot of very wonderful people.

I can't quite believe that I have such incredible friends too. They showered me with enough flowers to open my own florist and chose or made me beautiful presents. They could give the W.I a run for their money on the baking front too.

I forgot for a moment, when a birthday tea was planned, that between us all we have 24 children.

Thankfully they all got on.
