Sunshine cake

The title was meant to say aubergine cake, but it auto corrected to sunshine, which would be nice right now as it is cold again. I don't mind the rain, I just like it when it is warm too.

Made this AUBERGINE and chocolate cake today, it was amazing! And probably quite healthy...?
