The Bride & Groom

My little brother and his girl have just got married. This is them in the chapel towards the end of the ceremony. They have just said their vows and signed the register. Look at the delight of the new Mr & Mrs - how utterly wonderful!

We are English and the service, being in Germany was mostly in German so we didn't understand a lot of what was said. However the registrar was so lovely she translated a lot as she went along; she recited a moving poem in English that made us all cry and she even brought an English penny along. She couldn't have been more thoughtful.

The chapel was very small and ancient and really everything couldn't have been better.

It was such a happy day!
