Is it the Fairmont Hairpin (aka the Station Hairpin, the Loews Hairpin, the Grand Hairpin or the Sun Casino Hairpin, amongst other incarnations)? No, just some of the long term roadworks on Edinburgh's roads linked, I think, to the tram network. This is out at Sighthill at the end of the guided busway that used to be so efficiently used by the number 22 bus.
