Being ready...

... is how you do a good job.

And Louis always does a good job. The cans (800 of them) are all cleaned and ready to be hung to maple trees and receive the sought after sap that will be turned into his famous maple syrup.

Today was a crazy day as I have been getting ready to leave tomorrow, trying to think of all the small details and not to forget anything. I had prepare my clothes on Wednesday and I thought I had all the time in the world. All of a sudden today I felt I was running out of time.

And I'm still not decided if I'm bringing the big Nikon or settle for an old point-and-shoot.
