Busy day working today so I didn't really have a chance to get any shots. This seemed like an easy blip to get.

The only real break I had was a long phone call to Sky. We're getting a rubbish signal at the moment and having real problems with it. Since the problem is with both boxes some basic investigation suggests that the dish has moved a bit in the recent wind. On calling Sky it turns out they want £65 to send someone out to look at it. Thanks but no thanks, given that I'm paying about £40 for a service they currently can not provide there's no danger I'm paying £65 to get them to come out and look at a fault in their equipment. If their dish mounts were half way decent a wee bit of wind wouldn't move the dish.

I've fired in a complaint suggesting that if they can't supply the service I'm paying for under the contract I signed with them I'm with holding payment until they can. Basically if they don't fix it for free then bye bye sky. After all, for the price I'm paying I could buy a really good DVD box set every month.
