I'm not a pheasant plucker

I'm a pheasant pluckers son
And I'm only plucking pheasants
Till the pheasant plucking's done.

If you look really closely you can see a couple of pheasants here. :-) (It is the only photo I have taken today) These cocks were facing off to each other as I came along and are now looking haughtily offended with each other. According to my Fauna Britannica some 20 million pheasants are released every year of which 12 million are shot. 12 million!
Poor plucking pheasants.
