Slow Start

Went out for an early shop, as we had football today.

The girls were playing one of the stronger teams in the league today. I was nervous and had bad vibes. The girls always start slowly. Today this happened and a half asleep team were suddenly a goal down. It was really tight for long periods of the first half with Eco daughter playing really well and we finished the half just ahead.

A surprise visit from Just Sitting and his lovely girls, thanks for coming down, hope the girls enjoyed the football.

Second half started the same as the game and we were on the backfoot again. Our passing and fitness told and the girls stretched ahead. The opposition scored the best goal of the game with some great one twos and a clinical finish. At the end the girls won.

Home and took eco son out to get shoes, mission accomplished.

Back and I made arabic chicken with stuffing, it was great and all the family ate the food, a result.

Quiet night in.

I let Schell (eco daughter's pet African gaint snail) out on the lawn today for some freedom, did not wander far.
