Determination

Well you learn something new every day, or rather rediscover just what you had already forgotten. I'd forgotten that the Lions were Vigilence, Determination, War and Peace. (I've read but cannot verify that they were originally intended for Trafalgar Square but rejected and purchased cheap by Sir Titus)

This guy is Determination. Vigilence really seems more apt for my day but the leaves of the tree above kept spoiling the blip so Determination it is.
