Little monsters in the roses...

I got this plant from my mother-in-law and the second day i saw that the flowers were cut of.I was very angry because i thought that somebody was making a joke to me.After telling my neighbor,she told me that they were posibly infected by some lice that the roses sometime have.Anyways i discovered that i know as much from roses as from cats...
