Dabirpura

The morning was spent in search of the old palace of one of the kings of old Hyderabad. As usual (and expected), the life and lanes around the palace seemed more interesting the palace itself. We spent a good couple of hours asking people and searching for the palace. The search itself had us wandering on the streets and disappearing into narrow bylanes. With the sun refusing to come out from behind the sun, the light was not particularly favorable this morning. One thing that was striking was the colors of walls and shop shutters in this part of the city. Not able to decide on what to blip, just decided on some splashes of colors from the old part of Hyderabad.

Later part of the day spent in short meeting with a couple from college days and a movie with the Bicycling club. Was not able to appreciate the movie much - partly due to poor quality of the projector and partly due to not knowing much about the background of the movie.
