Chinese dinner

Had a guest for dinner tonight, so we fixed a stir fry with shrimp, fish, celery, carrots, bean sprouts, Chinese veggies, and lots of mushrooms. Served it over brown rice. It was delicious. I really like using my wok, and about 20 years ago, did numerous wok cooking demonstrations for various groups all over this area. Dinner was great. Enjoyed every last morsel. Finished up with a fresh fruit bowl and camomile tea. Great fun!
