Cinnamon Rolls

Well, they were supposed to be cinnamon rolls. They looked good until they didn't rise. Maybe our water was too hot or too cold. Maybe our yeast was bad...

When we took them out of the oven, they were exactly the same as when they went in, except for a little brown. The fluffy homemade cinnamon rolls we were expected turned out to be dense, cinnamon flavored snacks. They didn't taste bad, still sweet and cinnamony but quite disappointing.

My Thai friends thought they were ok, but that's because they didn't know what they were supposed to be like. We will try again soon and hopefully have better results. :)
