Salad Days

This is possibly the most grown-up salad I have ever eaten (I'm 27). Only a year or two ago, I wouldn't have dreamt of eating this sort of stuff!

- Black pitted olives (they had been in olive oil)
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mozzarella cheese
- Shredded basil leaves
- Sea salt & cracked black pepper

...rounded off with a generous glug of extra virgin olive oil. Lovely!
