Look Out Below

Walking up Leven Street we came across a pile of compost lying on the pavement outside the Old Toll Bar; had someone stolen a large plant pot and left the contents?

Then we looked up - it looked as though the bottom of a window box had rotted and the entire contents fallen through.

How safe is the other one, I wonder?
