I quite often walk between sites when I'm working and try to explore bits of London and churches I haven't seen before
This is written on the inside of the door of St Margaret Pattens, near Monument, and it's one of only a few City churches to have escaped significant damage in the Second World War.
It's a Wren church, it's very near to St Dunstan in the East, another Wren church which I also visited today but has only the tower standing. Within the walls of the church has been made a lovely garden
