Bar and bay lights

Inspired by mv's shot of Fiona's pool the other day, I decided to have a more concentrated go at longer exposures using the timer. I've put this shot in because it has obvious problems in composition, mainly because it was difficult to find a spot to put the camera (need one of those bendy things maybe?) and it will remind me to think about it more next time.

I had a bit of a slow start, not having been for coffee with the girls for ages. It was great to catch up with orisit for a while. Then I spent a few happy hours making sushi, trying some new 'compositions'. The boys returned and acted as ball boys for me and Big Agu at tennis. I've missed out for a week, but so enjoyed getting my drive going.

I took the sushi to Lidia's bar Dragonfly and fed the gang (and a couple of Norwegian cyclists). What a blast it was, dodging round Lidia and the girls making mojitos and producing platefuls that disappeared in seconds. Very satisfying.
