The leaving of Liverpool

Ran a fairly mediocre 10k but got around ok and vowed to do better next year - as we always do. Had a lovely 'flash in a pan' weekend but felt sad to be leaving so soon. My mum and dad accompanied me to the station and I wished they could have stayed on board and come back with me. Unfortunately, the train had barely pulled out of Lime Street and it poured down, which put paid to my mum and dad having a wander round town.

Brome met me at Euston and it was great to see the girls. And they'd all made a big effort to clean and tidy the house. Hurrah!

I took a better composed picture of the clock in Lime Street Station but I liked the bits of blue sky on this one.
