...after being patient for so long.

lunch time was profitable for the great blue today... he managed to catch about 3 fish while i stood observing him - even dipping into the water at one point. i thought he was getting ready to fly - but instead suddenly under the water he went... fully submerged - to come back up several moments later... to float on top of the water and swim to shore. nothing was in his mouth though so i don't know if he was successful or not. it was something to watch...

all-in-all in a glorious day for this one... warm, sun shining, not too windy and a full tummy. and i got to see it all...
