Tickling Sticks

Katie exploring the reeds by the pond, West Barns. We had sunshine and showers all day and I was stuck indoors with work. After I'd finished a really tedious bit of spreadsheet-ery we dashed out for a walk. Gordon was in the mood for hide and seek and Katie joined in. Gordon does not like being found, so I have to make a great show of not finding him. I announced that I'd have to poke about with a long stick, but seeing as the reeds have feathery ends I switched to tickling with a long stick which went down well.

Katie was on her bike as usual, so here's yet another shot of her with that old helmet on. Tomorrow we ought to be in Edinburgh for a film so maybe we'll get one without the helmet!
