A thousand miles begins with a single step....

So, I'm up and running, after a few shifty days of technology not being on my side. This week marks the beginning of several things. I have now broken up for study leave until the end of my exams, giving me a massive reason to panic, along with a desperate desire not to fail them. In addition, I was also appointed as a senior officer at my school, a long standing pipe dream, but one I never dreamed would become a reality! Not least among these changing times of course, is the start of my year long project of photographs here on blipfoto. I had created my account earlier in the week, but unfortunately the camera went faulty on me and the focus is not quite as it should be right now.
Anyhow, here it is, le début, número uno, la prima!


This blip is a photo of part of a bouquet which my parents presented me with earlier in the week ( a very cute thing indeed) and this is the first lily out, which has been bathing my room in a most heavenly smell today. I loved the way that the two flowers contrasted with each other and that each is so unique in it's own way. I had been revising all evening and happened to glance at the flowers as the sun was going down ( I'm lucky enough to have a room facing west) and they almost seemed to be glowing.

Anyhow, I'm thinking that's enough rambling for today, sorry for the dubious quality and focus of the blip, it should hopefully improve given time!
