The same depressing spot as a few blips earlier. This is Utrecht CS, where I wait for the bus every morning. The parking place for scooters is closed. I wonder where the bus drivers park their scooters now... Maybe they will finally start fixing the rotten concrete structure above.

Remarkable how people succeed in creating ugly and depressive urban places like this and get payed for it.
