wander, stumble, wonder

Bracing

It's 7°C outside. Brrrrr. There's occasional gusts of wintery wind. Brrrrr. At lunchtime I looked out the window and saw big floaty things falling from the sky. Brrrr. I suspect sleet rather than snow there though. Still Brrrrr.

In the name of blip, I went a-seeking, through this weather, to find you a nice shot of the mountain. As I drove home it was looking most pretty, with tufts of cloud and snow peeking out from underneath. After running inside, grabbing my camera and running down the road, all I got was a little rained on. The pretty tufts had turned into solid rain, and it was moving quickly in my direction. I snapped a couple of shots, but decided snowy wintery rain wasn't really how I wanted to spend my afternoon. After mosey-running (that's walking slowly with the intent of going faster) along my street, I stopped to photograph the moon and clouds. The clouds looked quite speccy really. This was my other choice for today, but I liked the sweep of this one better.

Once again it's the weekend. It's going to be a cram packed one, although with uni stuff rather than niceties. We've just finished week 11 of 13, it's the pointy end of the semester and exams are coming far too quickly. I hope to get to Source Code on Sunday. And of course there's Eurovision on Sunday night, which calls for social media shut down all day beforehand. Not sure how I'll go without my facebook, twitter, blip and newsfeeds, but maybe it will be good for the media addict in me. Might also be good for getting study done.
