Open...or Not

I pass this diving shop on my way to language class each day. It's usually open, so the small closed sign made me laugh.

Most Thai people in Bangkok can read and understand basic English words like open, closed, and sorry. However, I'm sure this store is geared more toward tourists than Thais.
