Mum

A beautiful rose bud appeared in the garden today, it reminded me of Mum, She died in 1989 a long time ago but I miss her so very much still.

Mum loved her garden and especially her beautiful Roses, a vivid memory (of which I have many) is watching her walk along the road to my house in Gipsy Hill holding a lovely bunch of Roses that she had cut for me, as I write this I can almost smell them.

I took a photograph of my Rose today, I dedicate this to you Mum. xxxx
