Allium

A neighbour's tub of flowers looked great in the evening sun.

According to google.. "Allium is one of about 57 genera of flowering plants that have more than 500 species" but, more interesting, according to my husband allium is the same faimily as an onion.

Mmmm I wonder how tassty these ones are :-)
