shock as red found in green bit of garden

well, it's a disgrace really. A well ordered garden should not have such alarming things happening. Luckily, my garden is not well ordered. I tend my plants as I learnt to tend children. Each one as it is, where it is. So, Miss Poppy lives in the pea-patch because that's where she feels at home.
I love watching the colours unfold every year. In fact, I love watching everything that happens in the garden. It's the only place ever anywhere where I feel completely "at one" with anything at all. And yes, I do talk to the plants. It's personal, OK? ;-)

Oh, and the light is so glum because it's been raining! YAY!!!! We're all so happy! Well, me and the plants are....

And yeah, even though I have just claimed that this is the pea patch, please don't bother searching for evidence of peas in this blip as this is the poppy, mallow and grass (not that kind) bit of the pea patch....
