...like some old record waiting on a train - Ryan Adams 'Winding Wheel'

Went to Hexham today to pick up my friend Laura who is staying with us this weekend. Apparently, Hexham railway station is one of the oldest passenger stations in the world. I read somewhere it is the second oldest? Whatever, it dates back to the 1830s, which I think is pretty cool. I don't tend to get the train much since I stopped commuting to work, so the station had changed a bit since I was last there. There is now a shop on Platform 2 that sells model railways and accessories!

Sorry won't be able to comment much this weekend as don't have much time, but look forward to seeing what everyone gets up to. Have a fab weekend, blippers ;)
