The "cathedral" at Glenrothes

Day 2 of my Whisky adventure at the Glenrothe disillery. A busy day filled with activities. Including walking through all the processes, filling barrels and even making them.

This is where the distillation processes take place and is probably one of the largest halls in Speyside. The design of the still makes a huge difference to the taste of the Whisky!

Must say I particularly enjoyed the barrel making!
