Ray's Rays

Although Ray sits in a wheelchair, you would never know upon seeing him smile. I have never heard him say anything negative, and he always has something interesting or cool to tell you. He puts huge amounts of energy into the Scouts, and always wants to hear what is going on with my family. I am fortunate to have good neighbours around me. Today, too many don't even know the people they live around.
