Dust

I dusted off my trainers and went for a run last night.
That was fun.

Several concerned folk appeared to be calling the paramedics as I puffed by, red faced.

I am going to lay off the Marathons (that is a Snickers bar to all you youngsters)

Maybe I should also defer that Robin Hood marathon entry I had been planning.

Think I'll swap to the under 10's fun run.
