Line-caught, yellowfin

Back to Preston after an extended Easter holiday, unexpected stay in Reading and postponed visit to Derbyshire. Then a meeting with the cast of my aborted play, and finally my usual supper on day of return - pan-fried tuna, this time with properly cooked potatoes rather than the usual hunk of bread. Still, only an hour from spuds needing peeling to the whole thing on the plate. Delicious as it looks.
