I forgot my camera when we went to the museum yesterday - there were some great exhibits and the girls had a fab time looking at them.

Jeanne has been studying The Egyptians so she loved the Mummies (although they frightened Evie a bit) There were real animals to touch and we all had a really nice couple of hours. The dinosaur and fossils were the favourite by a long way.

Although, jeanne did declare that our visit to
the milkshake place was 'almost' the best part of the day. She loves those shakes!

So, an improvised blip - and a reminder that the museum gave me the chance to impart all my Jurassic Park knowledge and tell Evie about Velociraptor claws and to *almost* use my favourite line when the girls excitedly asked me "Do they have a T Rex?" leaving me no option but to do my best Richard Attenborough impression and say...."Yes. They have a T Rex"
