Urbino

We drove to Le Marche today and spent the morning in Urbina. The palace is the main attraction to this lovely and energetic hilltop city. Here is an image taken in the main piazza. Bicyclists were abundant and here is a shot of some arriving. We also made a quick trip to the coast (Fano). Gina dipped her foot into the Adriatic. After a late lunch and a gelato, we drove back to Umbertide.
