Newts

Spent around half an hour crawling around beside the pond trying to photgraph the newts who seemed to think that if I couldn't see their heads I couldn't see them. These two were heading for the shelter of an edging stone but got caught on route.
Later one obligingly stayed still in a place without too amny reflections and I had a good view of its eye which I was tempted to blip headed "Eye of Newt".
